Brick & Decor: Social Media Management

Brick & Decor is a Singapore renovation and interior design firm. Renovation content online tends to look the same, so we gave them a voice of their own: funny, honest and full of the real people behind each project.

The channel mixes four formats. Skits turn everyday renovation pain into content homeowners relate to, from the designer who hasn't slept in three days to the fifteenth meeting where the materials still aren't decided. Client stories put homeowners on camera in their finished BTO flats. Practical tips, like the key measurements to check before you renovate, give viewers a reason to save and share. Campaigns, including a lucky draw and BTO renovation promotions, turn that attention into enquiries, with Meta ads behind the best performers.

Every video is planned, filmed and edited by our team. The account now has over 7,000 followers, and our top videos have passed 15,000 views each, led by a client home tour of a cosy 4-room BTO.
